Ojo Azul

An original PaQuí recipe created by Ruffo Bazan of Maz Mezcal in New York City, this bright, summery tequila cocktail looks and tastes like a day at the beach — with a dash blue curaçao and the deliciously smooth PaQuí Silvera boasting its gush of tropical agave flavors.

PaQuí Venue

Much loved by the locals, this longtime neighborhood spot on the Upper East Side of New York, is known for its classic and outstanding Mexican dishes and its festive feeling. Ruffo Bazan is the Bar Manager at Maz Mezcal and is a huge fan of PaQuí and Lejana Y Sola.
