PURPLE GRAPEFRUIT

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. (45ml) PaQuí Silvera Tequila
  • .25 oz. (7.5ml) Aperol
  • Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • Splash of Soda
  • Lime Wedge⁠

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients in a highball glass.
  2. Add ice and stir well.
  3. Garnish with a lime wedge.
  4. Drink and be happy.

Bartender Tip
Make it extra fun by substituting a sparkling wine for the soda.
