PaQuí Tequila Aperol Spritz

Move over margaritas, this Mexican take on the Italian Aperitivo classic is made for summer beach clubs along the coast. Made with Aperol, this slightly bitter, subtly sweet refresher looks the part with an orange hue and touches of rhubarb, bitter herbs and burnt orange.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. PaQuí Silvera Tequila
  • 0.75 oz. Aperol
  • Blood Orange slices
  • Splash of Soda
  • Ice

Preparation

  1. Combine the tequila, Aperol, and blood orange slices in a bigger wine glass.
  2. Add a few cubes of ice, stir once or twice.
  3. Add a splash of Soda on top.
  4. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary or an herb of your choice.
  5. Drink and be happy.
