Guava Guapa Cocktail
Deliciously tropical yet surprisingly easy to make, the Guava Guapa Cocktail uses fresh guava fruit, lime, PaQuí Silvera, and agave to get you deeper into vacay-mode with each sip.
Ingredients:
- 1 whole lime
- 1.5 fl oz of PaQuí Silvera Tequila
- 1.5 fl oz guava juice
- 0.5 fl oz agave syrup
- 0.5 fl oz of orange liquor
- Spicy salt blend
- Fresh guava & lime for garnish
Instructions:
- Fill a mason glass jar or smaller pitcher with ice
- Squeeze 1 lime into pitcher ( approx. 3/4 fl oz of lime juice)
- Add the PaQuí Silvera Tequila, orange liquor, guava juice, and agave syrup into pitcher
- Stir & mix aggressively with a stirrer for 20 - 30 seconds
- Rim the glass with salt or a spicy salt blend you can mix together at home
- Fill glass with ice
- Pour drink into the glass using a strainer
- Garnish with cut up pieces of fresh guava and a wedge of lime
Watermelon Basil Cocktail
Basil, Serrano pepper and lime balance the juicy sweetness of watermelon to make this the ultimate go-to sipper for long, poolside days.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 Serrano Pepper cut into slices
- 1 watermelon slice (cubed)
- 1 whole lime
- 1.5 fl oz of PaQuí Silvera Tequila
- 0.5 fl oz of agave syrup
- 2 - 3 leaves of fresh basil
- Watermelon wedge & basil sprig for garnish
Instructions:
- Put 2 - 3 slices of serrano pepper and watermelon pieces into a mason glass jar or pitcher
- Muddle with a muddler until the watermelon is juiced and serrano peppers interspersed
- Squeeze 1 lime into pitcher (approx. 3/4 fl oz of lime juice)
- Add PaQuí Silvera Tequila, agave syrup & precut basil leaves into pitcher
- Add ice & stir aggressively with a stirrer for 20 - 30 seconds
- Use a strainer to pour the drink into a pre-chilled cocktail glass (without ice)
- Add a watermelon wedge, lime, sprig of basil, and a serrano pepper slice for garnish
