Ingenious New Summer Cocktails

Introducing our new & original cocktail recipes by one of our favorite mixologists Ruffo Bazan, that take advantage of this season's ripest fruits and pair them perfectly with PaQuí's smooth, aromatic flavors.

From the Guava Guapa, that's a little too easy to drink (you'll want to make a pitcher!), to the sophisticated & refreshing Watermelon Basil cocktail, they're sure to become your weekend staples.

Guava Guapa Cocktail

Deliciously tropical yet surprisingly easy to make, the Guava Guapa Cocktail uses fresh guava fruit, lime, PaQuí Silvera, and agave to get you deeper into vacay-mode with each sip.

  • 1 whole lime
  • 1.5 fl oz of PaQuí Silvera Tequila
  • 1.5 fl oz guava juice
  • 0.5 fl oz agave syrup
  • 0.5 fl oz of orange liquor
  • Spicy salt blend
  • Fresh guava & lime for garnish

  1. Fill a mason glass jar or smaller pitcher with ice
  2. Squeeze 1 lime into pitcher ( approx. 3/4 fl oz of lime juice)
  3. Add the PaQuí Silvera Tequila, orange liquor, guava juice, and agave syrup into pitcher
  4. Stir & mix aggressively with a stirrer for 20 - 30 seconds
  5. Rim the glass with salt or a spicy salt blend you can mix together at home
  6. Fill glass with ice
  7. Pour drink into the glass using a strainer
  8. Garnish with cut up pieces of fresh guava and a wedge of lime

Watermelon Basil Cocktail

Basil, Serrano pepper and lime balance the juicy sweetness of watermelon to make this the ultimate go-to sipper for long, poolside days.

  • 1/4 Serrano Pepper cut into slices
  • 1 watermelon slice (cubed)
  • 1 whole lime
  • 1.5 fl oz of PaQuí Silvera Tequila

  2. Muddle with a muddler until the watermelon is juiced and serrano peppers interspersed
  3. Squeeze 1 lime into pitcher (approx. 3/4 fl oz of lime juice)

  5. Add ice & stir aggressively with a stirrer for 20 - 30 seconds
