An original PaQuí recipe created by Niko Mantzaridis of Le Chick in Miami, this pineapple sage margarita melds sweet and sour citrus with fresh herbal leaves. Elevating your go-to margarita to a new dimension, try out this fragrant blend of fruit and herbs perfect for the warm beaches of Miami.

Miami Sage Margarita

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. (45ml) PaQuí Silvera Tequila
  • 1.5 oz. (45ml) Pineapple Juice
  • 0.5 oz. (15ml) Fresh Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz. (15ml) Sage-Infused Agave Syrup**

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake well for 10-15 seconds.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge, lime wheel, or fresh sage leaf.
  5. Drink and be happy.

Bartender Tip

** How to make sage-infused agave syrup: add 3 fresh sage leaves to ¼ cup of hot water. Add ½ cup agave nectar and let steep for two hours. Remove sage leaves and refrigerate. Makes ¾ cup sage-infused agave syrup.
