PaQuí Pomegranate Tequila

Ruby red with a cinnamon-rimmed kick, this pomegranate tequila cocktail is the perfect balance of sweet and tart. Get merry and celebrate the holidays with this original PaQuí recipe created by Lena Giaimo, bartender at Asbury Ocean Club in Asbury Park, NJ

PaQuí Pomegranate Tequila


  • 2 ounces PaQuí Silvera Tequila
  • 1 ounce pomegranate juice
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • ½ ounce agave syrup
  • Ground cinnamon, sugar, and salt mixed together for rim


  1. Blend equal amounts of cinnamon, white sugar and salt in a small bowl. Use a slice of lime to moisten the rim of your favorite cocktail glass.
  2. Combine first four ingredients in a shaker and shake. Pour over ice into glass rimmed with cinnamon, sugar and salt.
