Tequila Negroni

We've taken this classic gin cocktail and substituted with PaQuí Silvera which rounds out the slight bitter taste of a Negroni for a smooth, delicious drinking experience. A staple for any tequila aficionado, garnish with an orange peel.

  • 1 oz. (30ml) Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 oz. (30ml) Campari
  • 1 oz. (30ml) PaQuí Silvera Tequila
  • Ice
  • Orange Peel

  1. Combine the Sweet Vermouth, Campari, and tequila in a tall glass.
  2. Add ice, then stir.
  3. Serve on the rocks, or strain into a new glass.
  4. Slice off a longer piece of orange peel to garnish.
  5. Drink and be happy.

Bartender Trick:

Enhance the aroma of the orange peel by burning the outer side of the peel for a split second, then twist the peel over the drink to let its aromatic oils mist the drink. Go around the rim of the cup once with the inner side of the orange peel and then place peel on top. See our video page for more.
