THE ZEST
Ingredients
- 2 oz. (60ml) PaQuí Silvera, Reposado, or Anéjo Tequila
- 3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
- Drop of simple syrup (optional)
- Zest a peel of Orange
- Zest a peel of Lemon
Preparation
- Add all ingredients in a rocks glass
- Add ice and stir well
- Serve with lemon and orange zest garnish
- Drink and be happy
Bartender Tip
When using the lemon and orange zest/peel, be sure to squeeze over the finished drink. In the right light you can see the oil of the rind explode onto the drink.
