Eastside Cocktail

We've taken the classic citrus-and-mint Southside cocktail and elevated it to another plane of flavor. Through the inclusion of fresh cucumber and PaQuí Tequila, get ready for a well-rounded, refreshing cocktail and new summertime favorite.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. (60ml) PaQuí Silvera Tequila
  • 1 oz. (30ml) Lime Juice
  • .75 oz. (22.5ml) Simple Syrup
  • 2 Slices of Cucumber
  • 8 Mint Leaves ⁠

Preparation

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle cucumber and mint.
  2. Pour in all ingredients, and shake well.
  3. Add ice to your glass, and strain mix over.
  4. Drink and be happy.

Bartender Tip

For a savory option, exclude the simple syrup and top your finished drink with salt and pepper.
