Oak-Aged Tequila

When it comes to premium oak-aged tequila, ours is the best on the market. PaQuí tequila is made with 100% blue weber agave, sourced responsibly from master agave farmers of the Jalisco highlands of Mexico. After reaching our distillery, we get to work handcrafting in small batched the perfect oak-aged tequila. But we don't start with oak. We start with stainless-steel autoclaves, where the blue agave hearts are steamed perfectly, without any impurities entering the selective distillation process imparted by our Master Distiller. Then we press the steamed agave, releasing and collecting its juices to be mixed with the finest wine yeast. From there, our blended agave juices ferment in stainless-steel fermentation tanks for five days and nights. After the fermentation process is complete, the style of tequila determines the next step. Our Blanco tequila, Silvera, is bottled as-is to preserve its clear, pristine agave flavor. However, our oak-aged tequilas, Reposado and Añejo, receive the full treatment of oak aging.

Joe L.

"I have not been a Tequila fan since 1984, PaQuí just changed my view that I had on Tequila for over 33 years."

Clarence F.

"My wife, brother, and neighbors really enjoyed PaQuí...the looks on their faces were priceless. Your product just blew them away."

James J.

"I compared it head to head with the other luxury brands. PaQuí was more flavorful and smoother than all of them. No impurities or harshness. Investing was a no-brainer."

Kevin M.

"I really can’t believe how good [the Silvera and Reposado] are straight. I truly wish I had invested at a higher level now. I think you have a very promising tequila. Excellent job."

Carla

"Got mine today. It’s everything as advertised and more. Used to be a diehard Patron drinker. But not anymore. Soo much better."

No Bite - No Burn

We believe that you shouldn't have to suffer to drink tequila so we removed the impurities that make other tequilas burn.

Reposado

Clean and crisp with a delicate finesse. Oak influence is light and tempers the agave without masking it.

Silvera

Silvera is lively and subtly spicy upfront but finishes with gently lingering flavors and a soft, smooth finish.

Añejo

Silky and rich with vanilla and butterscotch flavors. Finishes with a little sweetness and lingering oak.

What's the Difference Between Our Oak-Aged Tequila Styles?

The primary difference between our oak-aged tequila options of Reposado and Añejo is time. Our lightly tinted, flavor-packed Reposado is aged for months, allowing a subtle but noticeable hint of oak to infuse into the blue agave tequila. Our rich, amber Añejo is aged longer, for years, allowing the sweet oaky tannins to soak into our top-shelf tequila more deeply and imparting a lingering oaky taste to our darker-hued oak-aged tequila with a spicier flavor and aroma profile than the Reposado.
